Reiki is an energy healing technique that channels universal life force energy to promote balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit.

Reiki is a gentle and non-intrusive practice. The recipient remains clothed and lies on a bed or sits on a chair. The practitioner gently places their hands lightly on or near the body.  There no massage or manipulation involved.

Each Reiki experiences is unique. You may or may not feel sensations during a treatment. Some people feel sensations of warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, or even nothing at all - whatever happens, Reiki is giving you what you need. ​​

In Group Reiki Treatment, the recipient remains clothed and lies on a yoga mat or sits on a chair.

Each session is designed for deep relaxation and energetic alignment, incorporating guided meditation, crystal singing bowl healing and a personalised Reiki treatment for every participant. Think of it as an energetic "tune-up".
