With one-to-one Private lessons, you can work towards a specific goal and learn ways to build your practice based on your specific needs so that you are guided with ease.
The lessons can be for one person, for a couple, for a family or for a small group.
One to one yoga lessons take place on weekdays, in the evenings after work, or at weekends.
Yoga Classes are conducted in bilingual or English or Cantonese.
