Personalised sessions are great for all ages, beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

 

With one-to-one Private lessons, you can work towards a specific goal and learn ways to build your practice based on your specific needs so that you are guided with ease.

 

The lessons can be for one person, for a couple, for a family or for a small group. 

One to one yoga lessons take place on weekdays, in the evenings after work, or at weekends. 

個人化課程非常適合所有年齡,初學者和高級練習者。

 

一對一私人課程,您可以朝著一個特定的目標,並根據您的特定需求來練習,輕鬆獲得指導。

這些課程可以個人、夫婦、家庭或小組。

Yoga Classes are conducted in bilingual or English or Cantonese.

These personalised classes cover all levels and styles of yoga.
